Can I make amendments to my order after confirmation?

Once your order is confirmed, amendments or cancellations cannot be accommodated! We prioritize swift delivery and initiate processing immediately upon confirmation to ensure your order reaches you promptly.


How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 30 minutes, there's a high chance the order was unsuccessful and will be automatically canceled. To prevent your preferred items from going out-of-stock, we suggest placing a new order promptly!


Incorrect/ Missing items in my order

Kindly send us a message here within 7 days from the date of delivery, providing the following details: 

  1. Your Order Reference
  2. Product code of the item you ordered
  3. Product code of the item you received (if incorrect)

Our Customer Care team will promptly guide you on the next steps. 

If you've received an incorrect item, we will provide a courier to collect the item, and send the correct one to you. Please ensure the items are not damaged in anyway.
